I dont why they need different isolators but the axle does move as you cycle through suspension travel. The track bar is going to pull and push it left and right. The upper and lower spring mounts are not even close to lined up when my gladiator is at full articulation.
If I had kept those bushings I would absolutely have sent them to you but I didn't keep them. I'll take your word that what I'm experiencing and shown in photos is normal for your joint and I'll just move on to something different.
Why would I have a durometer? Now you're being a condescending dick. I don't need a durometer to tell you these bushings are shit. That bushing you're saying has normal "creep" was 3 months old, screeching like banshee and loose just like the original factory installed ones did after 4k...
It blocks the grease from getting to portions of the joint and whatever material you are using now is still breaking down.
that grease channel is completely blocked from getting grease. This is exactly what the factory ones did which you said was a failure of the bushing material.
Pulled my rear arms and the same thing has happened. The original, factory bushing did this exact samething. When I pulled the arms off the balls were loose in the bushing, just like the originals. I installed the pictured set at 25ftlbs and they were well greased. As you can see the...
I think mine are going out again. I’m going to replace them 1 more time then buy some different arms if it happens again. I’ll post pics of the bushings I pull out. Luckily I only have front lowers and upper rears and a track bar. I’ve had Metalcloak on my JL for 30k with no problems.
On the ground, just remove one arm at a time and use a floor jack on the back of the axle housing to keep the pinion angle so its easy to get the bolts back in.

I shorted my battery during a winch install and this is what blew.
Grabbed my front lower control arm while changing the oil and the bushing felt loose, dropped the arm and found this. The lift is 4 months old, anyone else had a bushing go that early?
