LOL, but he was a skinny guy, so it just rolled right over.
According to the MT website, these are 34.6ā tall. I was considering a 33ā, but happy with these. Fills out the well just a bit more. The diesel handles them very well- canāt tell any difference in acceleration and hits the 8th gear on...
@Reddout99 perfect timing on the resurrection!! Drove home last night with new tires as well.

My ā21 Overland diesel with the highway tires was a fantastic ride, but the look wasā¦ well...
I will third what was said by @smlobx and @Florida Mojave!!
I bought my ā21 Gladiator through him and the price quoted at order was the price paid. He was responsive to my email requests and kept me informed throughout the process.
Got the recall last week, scheduled for later this week.
19k and 27.0 mpg (hand calculated) per Fuelly, 50/50 city/hwy. I havenāt done a good job (none at all, actually) of tracking DEF usage. I think Iām right around 5k per 5 gallons. Letās see what happens with this recall.
Good luck with your search. Too bad LKN didnāt budge, especially given the extra financing youād be doing with the custom work. I guess they are so big, they can wait and get what they want. Keep us updated on Kernersville. AMD if all else fails, you know youāll get a straight up deal with Travis.
Iād be interested to know what LKN would do on a custom order, just out of curiosity. With Travis at Tri-City, the quoted price on the bill of sale was what I paid when the OD came in. He gave me quotes at 5%/6%/7% under invoice.
Got an opportunity to get the OD outside the city, and even got a little mud on the tires. We took the long way from Granite Falls, NC to Boone for a ruck/run relay āraceā. Lots of gravel and a couple of fire service roads gave her a pretty good first test.
@Jeeperjamie You are using Hendrix in Concord, right? So you would give their service department a good rating? Just got my diesel, and in doing a little research, Hendrix has, by far, a lot more diesel JTs on their lot than anyone else. So Iām thinking they are the place to go, even though my...
Question for you, @WXman... what do you look for when buying DEF? Local Walmart has two types on the shelf, super tech at $7 for 2.5 gal and blue def at $13, same size.
Rebates in my area, NC/Southeast, are showing up same as February, $1500 on most models (sorry Mojave and Rubicon). I did not qualify for anything else, but you military guys deserve the extra! Thanks for your service.
Ditto what @Island Gladiator said about the fuses. When i picked up my JTOD last week, we did a fuse check. Probably half were able to be seated just a bit more.
Itās from the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel... Iāve been thinking about an accent color for my Overland. That white/red matches my Trek road bike.

A couple more purchases this weekend:
Veepeak OBD II scanner and OBD Fusion app
Bulletpoint RubiGrid dash mount (w/a free beanie!)
WeatherTech or Mopar floor liners? I like that the WTās are made in America. What about the Mopar liners?
I got $1730 for 8/100k/$200 from the finance guy at Tri-City when I picked up my diesel yesterday. $200 savings would have been nice, but I am happy I have a bumper to bumper warranty that matches my powertrain.
