I have an OwlCam as well. Totally agree with your assessment! The company also left us hanging from nov ‘19 until June ‘20 with no customer service, no tech support, and no LTE connectivity while they were being taken over by another company who now charges 4 times the annual subscription amount...

Took delivery of my JT a few days ago. Traded my ‘16 JKUS in on it. So far I’m a fan! So much quieter, and getting about 5mpg better gas mileage too!
