For some reason, it's difficult for me to consider Ohio as the midwest, but I just moved to Cincinnati from North Carolina. Any suggestions for good shops/groups are more than welcome.

Probably not. I will be honest...I thought the truck was pretty ugly when it first came out. When I revisited the Gladiator about a year later, the modified examples were trickling out. The mod scene helped inspire my decision to pick up the JTR.
