I got a very fair trade in on my gladiator last week, granted miles were pretty low at around 18k plus it's a fully loaded Mojave. Dealer already to sold it to someone in Colorado

It's hit or miss, I had one (2022 Grand Wagoneer) and had to get rid of it after on 2700 miles, it was a disaster with issues, dealerships were also totally not ready to handle this complex vehicle plus providing the right customer service.
Congrats on the 90, I have one on order also - should get delivered in late June, keeping it as basic as possible, coil springs - steel wheels - no sunroof.

do you have a Tazer installed ? While rare it can cause this issue also. just something else to consider before you get too deep on troubleshooting, unpair the Tazer and see how it is.

Carmax especially like stock / unmodified vehicles easier for them to sell, generally modified vehicles go directly to auction. I would say that based on your miles the offer is pretty good.
