Not exactly what you asked for but on 37s with a 3 inch lift I am just under 6'6 to the top of the roof. The combination adds 5 total inches to the height over a stock JTR. If I am running flags on the back it's 8'3".
Depending on where you are I have a really nice mall crawler bumper for sale. It wouldn't work with 37s while wheeling. Cleared them fine on pavement.

The stock Rubicon is ridiculously capable besides that lim factor. Adding 35s to a stock suspension will only add an inch more clearance to the belly.

The lim factor for the JTs the way I wheel is the break over angle. I brought it out stock twice to get a feel for how much I wanted that middle raised.
While the 35s would have worked stock, I needed more for how I use it. I ended up going with a 3 inch lift and 37 inch tires which netted me 5...
