Not exactly what you asked for but on 37s with a 3 inch lift I am just under 6'6 to the top of the roof. The combination adds 5 total inches to the height over a stock JTR. If I am running flags on the back it's 8'3".

The lim factor for the JTs the way I wheel is the break over angle. I brought it out stock twice to get a feel for how much I wanted that middle raised. While the 35s would have worked stock, I needed more for how I use it. I ended up going with a 3 inch lift and 37 inch tires which netted me 5...
