Those are all nice but the bank sold it for 32K and you got a tax credit. The dealer resold your wife’s for about 6-10K more. I’m not saying they weren’t good deals just the bigger “wins” are going to be from the finance companies or the dealers who know how to take advantage of the system.

All above is true, however if you plan on selling or trading in the other one you will never get a higher price for it then now. The used car market is the craziest I’ve ever seen due to shortages (been in the business for 20 years). Used cars are going for higher then new ones on 1-2 year old...
