Welcome to owning a Jeep, although the issue isn't just Jeeps. I had an FJ Cruiser before this Jeep and went through a few windshield repairs in 11 years. Same issue - damn near vertical windshield that "stops" the rocks and doesn't deflect them.

Years ago when I took my car in for an oil change, the mechanic came and got me to show me that the mice had filled the air cleaner with D-con. I think they cleaned out the whole box. Decided against buying D-con again.

What kind of a tonneau cover do you have? I have a factory cover and I think it is too wide to work with the Blackhorse sport bar. I would like to keep a cover.

Bought the black parts and very happy that I did. They really do look nice.

Took off the silver accents to the grille and added black ones. Much easier mod than I had anticipated.
