  1. Gladiator Lemons?

Once we accepted the buyback offer it took about 3 month. They blamed COVID for the extra delay which is BS. I think the real delay is they want you to keep driving hoping you wreck it. That way insurance pays it and not them. GMC 1500 decked out for cheaper than the FCA yard ornament
  2. Gladiator Lemons?

Yeah there is no expediting anything, things take MONTHS to get done. Mine will be bought back finally in about a week, it was a pretty bad experience and I’m thankful it’s over. Already have a new truck in the garage and the POS is sitting outside.
  3. Gladiator Lemons?

After one of their attempts to “fix” mine the climate control system never worked right again. The blower behind the dash makes a high pitched noise, hot air blows out of my vents if the AC is set on 65, the defrost or floor will be on and not selected. My heated seats and steering wheel...
  4. Gladiator Lemons?

Don’t let my bad experience or someone’s determine you getting the truck. It’s a cool platform it’s basically a convertible truck with endless customization options. I plan on getting a GMC 1500 AT4 or SLT.
  5. Gladiator Lemons?

Mines a lemon and I think a post I made may be the one you are referring too. My experience has been horrible. First visit at like 800 miles, check engine light first came on around 400 miles. The dealer I bought it from refused to provide a loaner until they checked the car to make sure it was...
  6. Going to Arbitration for buy back

I am currently in the process of FCA buying back my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. This all began on 8/29/2020 when my car went into the shop for the first time. On October 30th myself and FCA agreed and signed on the buyback price. I was told it would take up to 20 days for the check to be printed. Once...
  7. FCA Buyback

I am currently in the process of FCA buying back my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. This all began on 8/29/2020 when my car went into the shop for the first time. On October 30th myself and FCA agreed and signed on the buyback price. I was told it would take up to 20 days for the check to be printed...
  8. Survey- For those with misfire issues

Sigh...thank you. I’m so ready to get it gone and not look back.
  9. Survey- For those with misfire issues

20 days ago today. The check is supposedly ready and just needs to be sent out. So I guess the technical term is I’m waiting on the disposition team to schedule a closing.
  10. ALL Steering gear orders (NOT) cancelled !!!

Mines getting bought back for p300 misfire and I thankfully don’t need to broach this issue because of it. I will say though I hate the car and my dislike grows for FCA daily.
  11. Survey- For those with misfire issues

So according to FCA my buyback check was processed today. Any of y’all have experience in how long it takes for them to actually meet and transfer the car back into thier possession?
  12. Survey- For those with misfire issues

I requested twice that they buy the vehicle back during my 3rd trip to the dealer and was denied. Once it was there for 35 or so days I called my Jeep Wave customer service person and let them know the vehicle was in violation of the lemon law in my state and informed them I would be sending my...
  13. Survey- For those with misfire issues

I didn’t use an attorney but mine is being bought back. Make sure you are with the retention team and not some other slack jawed Jeep cares fools. If it qualifies for your states lemon law send them a letter of non confirming conditions. Make sure it outlines all the problems, service dates...
  14. Survey- For those with misfire issues

I agree only fix is new engine or new car. I’ve had mine back a week from their repair of realigning my cam shaft. Last two days auto start/stop error message, rough idle, shutter and obvious misfire. So far no CEL but it will come. I am very disappointed in Jeep as well. Just admit there is a...
  15. Survey- For those with misfire issues

It all states specific like GiJohn said. I was told they’d pay for anything I’d done to it. 1200 miles on mine with the problem since 800 so I didn’t do anything I had planned. All I’m hoping for is to break even so anything beyond that will be a plus. I can say that once they decide to buy it...
  16. Survey- For those with misfire issues

Jeep is supposed to buy mine back this week. I’m curious to what their offer is going to be, and based on all my past dealings with FCA I think it’s going to be a joke as well. I will update when I know what they will give me to buy their POS back.
  17. Engine Failure on 2020 Jeep Gladiator

Had a p300 misfire that no one could diagnose. They took my engine apart and said the cam shaft was misaligned, “fixed” it and gave it back. 52 days in the shop was the third trip. It still doesn’t work.
  18. Engine Failure on 2020 Jeep Gladiator

Mine appears to be headed for a buyback. It’s hard but keep at it, save everything, and read up on all your states lemon laws. If/when the buy back happens I will report back. Skip Jeep cares/Jeep wave and get to the retention team.
  19. P0300 Misfire Before Gladiator had 400 Miles on it. Back to the dealership for the 3rd time.

Well I got mine back. According to the dealer nothing needed to be replaced and the cam shaft was misaligned by more than 2 degrees on the intake cams. They did a cam crank relearn, it’s supposed to be good to go. Between the dealer and home everything seemed fine; so hopefully it’s fixed? We...
