So happy to hear that it is staying!! Sure wish all of you diesel haters would just stop knocking the diesels. Over 20K miles on mine and would buy another one in a heart beat. I pull a 21 foot boat along with SXS's and have never had a problem and live where I pull from 5500 to 9500...
I get what everyone is saying about the oil being too hot however, below are two different articles about oil and water temps. Looks to me that 240-250 oil temp is not all that uncommon and not such a bad thing. I am not saying anyone is right or wrong just pointing out a couple of articles...
I run the entire air system that airs up and down my 37's with no problem. Not as fast as my portable Power Tank but much more convenient than having to find a place to fill the tank while traveling.
I just received my Voodoo brackets today and have the exact same problem so off to the depot tomorrow to find either a fender washer or a nylon washer. Thank you for the advice on how to fix the problem.
I sold my fully loaded 2016 Platinum Tundra and purchased a fully loaded Rubicon Diesel. The Tundra was defiantly quieter and had a bunch more room but in 5 years I put 38K miles on the Tundra and in 10 months I have 12K on the Rubicon so that alone tells you how much I enjoy driving it over...
10K trouble free miles with no overheating problems. If you plan on trying to go petal to the metal pulling a trailer all of the time then you may have an issue but if you drive it like you want to keep it for a while you canāt go wrong. I know some are saying that a gasser can out pull it but...
Sold a Platinum Tundra to purchase the Rubicon Diesel. As far as ride the Tundra rode better and was quieter driving down the road at 80 mph but the Gladiator is funner and easier to get around town in and easier parking at the stores. If I were going on a 2000 mile road trip I wouldnāt have...
Not one reply from someone who actually owns a diesel. I love mine and as long as you watch the temps and donāt push it to the floor full time in the hot temps you will be fine. I have a 4500 lb boat and have pulled it in Utah from 5000 foot elevation to 7500 foot elevation in 95 degree temps...
Return it and get your money back and then purchase the Derringer from Banks. Six settings from stock on up and no codes. Install is just a piggyback like aFe's, plug it into the Map and Tmap sensor and away you go. Had it on for a month now with no codes and nothing but smiles. Not trying...
Never had a Jeep there but numerous times on ATVs and SXSās. Camping at the start of the trail is no problem and yes, in a Jeep, 3 days would be the best in my opinion. Depending on how the day goes either spend the night before taking the dug way up onto the Grey Mesa or spend the night around...
Did a 1200 mile trip 3 weeks ago with the Diesel Galdiator behind a 2018 32ā E450 class C Leprechaun. Utah to the Wind Rivers, Yellowstone across the Cheif Joseph hiway and into West Yellowstone. Down into the Tetons and then over the Teton pass and then back home. Wasnāt the fastest on the...
