Thanks. The Canopy and REDARC 30 w/Solar is amazing. I can park indefinitely and always come back to the truck and grab a cold beverage or snack of choice from the fridge.
Thanks for that detailed reply. I thought along those lines but here is an idea i have, go to the dealership, measure the distance from the bump stop to the axle pad on a stock Mojave and see what that distance measures. Then compare that measurment with what I have from the hydraulic damper...
I installed a 2.5" Clayton Overland + with the Falcon 3.3 fast adjust shocks and am experiencing the same "Thunk" (seems driver side only) when hitting dips/rocks/depressions with some speed. I did leave the Fox OEM hydraulic stops in place and added the Clayton bump stop extension to the axle...

When you installed the spacer up front, did you have any problems removing or installing the front coils over the Mojave hydraulic jounce bump stop? And, did you add an additional spacer to the bump stop base plate to take into account the added lift height?
I know this is an old post,,, I thought the same thing because my wire ends weren't obviously exposed. The ends of mine were actually pinched under the battery tray! Loosened up one bolt of the battery try and gave it a good yank... now all my AUX switch wires are readily available for wiring...
I'm contemplating to make a move to the 18" Overland wheel and a 10 ply/load range E tire on my Mojave. Did you have any rubbing or scrub with the 295/70/18"s? Also, What's the ride like with the Load range E tire?
