This is a not a good answer, I can have my soft top completely removed in half that time. There are only four bolts holding on a soft top. Plus, it's easier to manhandle and find a place to safely store it.

I would consider plastic welding. Try looking it up. There are a lot of videos on YouTube on how to do it.
