I had a set of them on my previous Wrangler. They had about 15,000 miles on them when I traded it in for the Gladiator. They balanced well, and were wearing well. I definitely recommend them.
It is definitely a big pop up. When I tell people it is big they don't believe me until they see it. It has two king size beds, a shower, and a toilet. I have the regular tow package, and based on the computer I was was getting 16.2 MPG pulling it between 65 and 70 MPH most of the trip. I...
I prefer tent camping myself, but my wife wants more comfort, so this is a happy compromise for us. The lack of drag is also a nice bonus. My parents and brother both have large campers, and pulling them kills their MPG's.
@Snzzbry_Ovrlnd mine goes into 8th cruising down the highway as long as it is flat. If it is flat it will run in 8th anywhere from 70 to 80 MPH. I have found though, that any slight incline knocks it back down to 7th. It typically goes back and forth between 7th and 8th, and I only drop down to...
Edit—-you did the 2.5 leveling? Usually when I hear leveling kit for the JT my mind goes to the Teraflex 1.5.
Yep. I did this Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit. Overall I am happy with the quality of it, and the ease of install.
No problem! There was nothing in the bed in the last picture. It is hard to tell, but my driveway has a slight slant towards the road that makes it look more nose high than it really is. I put the Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit on it, and I may end up putting a .75" spacer in the rear to bring...
I put the tires on and installed a leveling kit the next day, so I cannot say for certain that it would not have rubbed at stock height, but I did drive it about 50 miles before putting the leveling kit on and it did not rub any during those 50 miles. I also have the painted fender flares so...
Picked up a wooden playset at Academy for my daughter's birthday. Hauling it home was the easy part. The instructions say assembly will take 8 to 10 hours and they are not kidding lol.
I got mine installed today. There were two different size clips included with mine. The longer top clips lined up perfectly. I think Weathertech is finally including the correct clips for these. I also found that drilling the center out of the outer plastic rivets was the easiest way to remove...
My roll up cover has cross bars that support the cover. They do a great job of keeping the cover from sagging or flopping in the wind while driving. I went with the roll up because I wanted to be able to use the full bed if necessary, and I also think it looks a little cleaner installed than...
