they had the new TSB dated Dec 3rd. They had it in front of me and basically calls out for specs and measurements. It's there way of cutting down on free replacements just because you may feel a little.
@JeepCares I also have this issue and the dealership stated they have never seen this. I took these from a rain yesterday and emailed them to the service manager. What is the correct step to repair in one stop?
UPDATE ON STEERING BOX REPLACEMENT...
FCA has a new TSB procedure for anyone complaining about "wondering." It's dated Dec. 3rd, and states they will not replace any boxes without a new measurement procedure. They now have to measure, inspect bolts, etc before any replacement is granted. Since I...

Looks like mine is leaking too. I noticed spots when cleaning and just brushed it off thinking maybe I did it somehow, but with rain yesterday I was able to get pics of water dripping.
That's crazy as mine was around 28,000. I heard someone else had the same issue but with 100 miles??? I just hope this is not a duplicate axles and all and have the same issue down the road. UGH.
How many miles do you have? My new replacement axle arrived within 2 weeks or less. Typical time frame has been 6 weeks or more. Keep us posted on yours.
Sorry to hear all about your issue. For what its worth, this site helps with documenting issues all across the states and helps build a case if needed. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I haven't experienced any of these other than Steering box(waiting for part) and the rear axle locking...
that's just it, there is no replacement sensor. I'd have to read up on the Z Auto as I'm not familiar with it. I'm sure Chrysler is working on a simple replacement and new design. part probably cost 20.00???lol
I'm sure there is a thread somewhere in here about this but wanted to share anyways. New to group as well. Recently while driving i happened to see a message about servicing rear axle. I then noticed on the right side of my cluster the light stating axles locked and an "!" next to it. It...
