@AZCooWhip @AggieJeep Have you guys experience the steps basically slamming-in when closing? I just installed mine and just wondering if it's normal. I imagined and more quieter and sophisticated close.

@Usethis83 @howerch I've also just installed the steps. They do seem to slam a bit when they close. Have you folks experienced this or does it smoothly shut close?
