Dardvl, build date 2-20, push the button, dash goes clicky clicky, trailer brakes hook. Wish I could've gone aftermarket, but I'm a lease and Mopar keeps my warranty good :-/
You got the right spot, the instructions are wrong, and chances are you have to disconnect the controller from the mounting plate and spin it the correct orientation like I did.
Fixed it! The black dial attachment has three tabs to connect it to the main board. Mine was assembled wrong. Surprise! LoL. I disassembled it, made the adjustment, snapped it back together and all is well now. I get to put my baby back together and lesson learned....never buy Mopar parts...

Full clockwise lock on the dial is 7 and counterclockwise is waay past one, like 10 or 9. With the knob slid into place the nubs on the knob prevent it from turning past 1. I have to inch the knob out a bit to turn it past 1 to get to full lock.
Thinking my knob is shit lol. I will add...
I need a sanity check. Bought mine the day it came out for my JT (2020 build date). No ACC, Max Tow Sport S. Install was smooth overall once I flipped the controller and realized the instructions were wrong. Pushing the button doesn't jack up my dash at all, my problem is with the dial....it...
Got mine ordered. Supplier released 1,400 parts, 500+ ordered nationwide, I'm like 307th in line. Been trying to get this for my Sport S since I bought it in April.
