Issued resolved with the help of @JP_Oracle . PNP connector had 2 pins cross connected. So popped the PNP connector housing and fixed the connection. All set now :like:

I have the TS rails and can confirm it will not work with factory trail rail system. the clamps that come with TS rails wont attach with rails installed. Hope this helps.
