It’s been a couple weeks since getting back form vacation but had a quick turn around for a road trip to Oregon that I’m currently on and wanted to take the Jeep.
First the Jeep is running great( kind of, more on that in a minute) I went with 4:88 gears for strength, but the supercharger makes...
Never installed, decided to go with some rock slide engineering sliders because of the height of my JT.
These are the angled up version of the sliders $500. Pick up it the Santa Cruz area.
I have two of these.
Full size rack for the front with light bar mounts.
Full size rack to mount on the rear.
These are great racks that I never mounted, decided to go a different direction. They have been painted the same color as the grey in the Jeep emblems. Not willing to ship, but willing...
Well, after some very long days in the driveway one jack and a couple jack stands it’s on 40’s. I’m going on vacation and the truck is going to the shop to get an alinement, tires balanced and the gears done. While it's there I’m going to to go ahead and have them install the PSC steering...
Finally, after waiting months, early last week I received the last of my parts. Time to start this build. Over the weekend I was able to install the:
Bumper
Winch
Axle Truss
RCV Axles
Front half of the lift kit
IFP bumpstops
3.0 Shocks
Reid knuckles
2.5 ton steering
I’m starting on the rear...
Yeah the garage is getting full, the lift is going to ship on the 14th so I should be able to get started once it arrives, but I got to get my XJ finished as well. Just finishing up a front and rear 4 link on it.
I have been able to install a few pieces. I have the Decked drawers installed, along with a Mountain Hatch tailgate cover. The RLD topper is also on it, but I haven't taken any pictures with it on
None yet, The lift should have shipped last week, but no update. The shocks hit there 16 week back order window so they should be shipping any day now. The rear RCV axles should be shipping by the end of the month. The garage is so full of Jeep parts, its getting hard to move around in.
I wish, I do have most of the parts taking up space in the garage. I'll start posting some unboxing pics soon. Still waiting on the Lift(8 weeks backorder), Shocks(16 weeks backorder) and Axles(12 weeks backorder). Everything was ordered on Black Friday so I should see the lift soon, but...

In early November last year I did what I said I wasn’t going to do, bought a Gladiator. Then to top it off, I went to the dealership with the intentions of buying a Sport, because I knew that I was going to do a pretty extensive build, but when I seen this Rubicon on the showroom floor i...
