Found it by looking to see if there was any screws under the rubber insert. Just got lucky.

Under the park brake. If you remove the rubber insert there is a hole that the rubber insert pops into. The MB Quart bass knob fit perfect. Just had to cut the nipple off and drill a hole where the nipple was in the rubber insert.
