I wouldn’t recommend the Best top, I bought their trail cover and woke up to soggy seats after first light overnight rain. The material is waterproof but there is a seam across the top so water pools, collects and gets inside. There is no seam at windshield, terrible design and not very well...
I am continually blown away by some of the builds viewed on this forum. I would say I am on the conservative side for spending for aftermarket accessories to my JT.
I am probably around $2k CAD...or $1500 USD
Interested to see what people estimate their aftermarket spending at? No description...
90 Wrangler YJ
98 Wrangler TJ Sahara
12 Grand Cherokee Overland (still own) will trade for Wrangler 4xe for wife in next year or two
20 Gladiator Sport S
JT also had a good week TSB done and Rough country seat covers arrived. Quick tip if anyone else is installing these seat covers, for the front seat lowers, disconnect stock elastic tie downs behind seat and fold upwards, this allows the material on RC to fully Velcro across bottom. They will...
I picked up mine today, Wow! I didn't really think I would notice until highway but first turn out of dealer it felt so much tighter. The old steering felt like our 1980 Chev Bel Air station wagon that I learned to drive on...super loose and unresponsive. I only drove it home but couldn't...
Great looking Jeep. What is that track setup you use for hauling two dirt bikes, one shown in picture. Does this use existing holes in bed for tracks or did you drill bed?
Just curious if anyone has attempted to put a third dirt bike in bed (two outer bikes facing forward and one more facing backward in the middle). All CR230, so they are 250lbs each.
If so please post photo of set up, with any tips. Thanks!
By hand with a microfibre cloth, it is almost like an infomercial the way a scratch disappears in top coat. My kids have scratched top coat getting in/out with backpacks etc. Wish I took before and afters.
I just installed Weathertech front and back. Install was easy, about an hour to remove and install. Instructions were easy to follow. Would like slightly larger profile but couldn’t justify Rokblokz price and shipping cost to Canada. Weathertech Look far better than stock and add slightly more...
I went with BAK Revolver X4, I needed cover to sit above box when open so I can carry two dirt bikes and still see them. Really pleased with fit and finish. Rolls open and closed in seconds. I included picture of it open and previous post has some closed pictures.
How long did your Rough Country steps take to arrive after your order was placed? I ordered through distributor in Canada and I am going on 5 weeks and they still haven’t shipped yet?
Golf tees in holes works great if you don’t have bolts to thread in prior to getting it sprayed. Just ask installer to remove them before liner fully cures. I had Bulletliner installed and all the threads were clean when I picked it up at the end of the day.
I installed Revolver x4, a few days ago. Fit was good, roughly 1/8" each side and rolls freely but the release lock sticks a bit. Takes a little more force than I would like, going to lay in bed with headlamp and look at alignment.
We had a months rain in 24 hrs (over 2") and the bed stayed dry...
