all body mount bolts are intact/original. from measurements that i have taken while frame is level from side to side, the back of the cab sit 3/8" lower on the passenger side. one theory is crushed body mounts... but was hoping to see if anyone else had experience or similar issues before...

i don't have a cheap lift or cheap shocks. I wasn't pulling a trailer. I have checked my bump stops. I have had it on a frame rack and frame measures straight. My bed is crooked. I am opening up myself for suggestions and comments.
