  1. Thinking of switching to 5w-30 oil on 22 Gladiator Mojave 3.6L, will it do better for motor?

These are tight tolerance engines. The thinner oil flows faster through these tight clearances removing more heat. I am in AZ too and will stay with 0w-20.

  10. Mojave Offroad Capabilities on the Mountain

I went Mojave on my purchase. I just asked myself how many times in a year would i lock the front diff. Zero to maybe once. It was the perfect choice. 12. RV Towing

Just made the trip to Overland West in Flagstaff. I'm guestimating i weigh in at 2500-2800 pounds or so. Towed fine but feels heavy. I could hold 75 in 6th gear on the flats. 5% grade is 4th screeming and maybe 55-60 @ 8mpg. Got about 12 MPG overall. All temps were normal. The softopper made a...
  13. To Mojave, or Not to Mojave...

I drove several hours to get a Max Tow and they sold it before I got there. Looked at a Mojave because it was Sting Grey, and test drove it. Loved the trophy truck feel and bought it. Until you drive on wash board roads for miles and miles, you have no idea how amazing it is. But because I don't...
  14. RV Towing

Mojave. I am probably comparing to the Ram 1500 i traded for it, which isn't fair, but it was windy and the rig has no aerodynamics... we need a larger fuel tank and low rpm torque. Traveling 50 miles at 4k rpm sucked... but i still love my truck!!
  15. RV Towing

I towed for the first time this week. My trailer is 1900 lbs with 300 lbs of camping junk in the bed and that was too much. Truck sagged bad. For me it isnt weight but wind resistance... and making sure you dont skip a gas station. Those of you towing 6k, your nuts...
