  1. Exhaust note when uncorked.

I’ve found through careful observation and post-mortem analysis that exhaust systems are actually the best use of money you don’t have followed closely, very closely, with a tune. Rowdy, quick and broke is not a bad time ; ).
  2. Exhaust note when uncorked.

That was just an axle back that I initially had on for better clearance and weight reduction (it removes a resonator or muffler, forgot which and is very reasonably priced).
  3. Exhaust note when uncorked.

@Thegreenone @MSFTMatt - This is from T&S fabrication who work directly with EOC, cost for the exhaust was around $1,200 if I’m not mistaken, my build thread has most of this info and also check that ECU cloning thread, lots of good info from folks!
  4. Exhaust note when uncorked.

All was removed as part of the T&S turbo back exhaust tied to the MBRP axle-back I already had on.
  5. Exhaust note when uncorked.

It’s stupid quick but the whole crew misses our glady so we feel like it’s only a matter of time before we’re on another. They are timeless unlike any disposable modern f150 but right now happens to be a good time for them with the coyote and 10 speed tranny.
  6. Exhaust note when uncorked.

Best is 11.2 with gear, tonneau and a chicken plucker in the bed on 35s : ) As for towing, the glady was a brute and never struggled but it would sway pretty good and we started being cramped inside too when we’d all go on extended outings etc. The F150 has no character though but gapping...
  7. Exhaust note when uncorked.

Truck was incredible and the tranny tune paired perfectly with the motor tune. My sons ended up outgrowing our RTT and I needed something that could tow so we sold it to a great couple out of TN and they are having a blast with it, we touch base every so often. Ended up going with a coyote F150...
  8. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

I wouldn't trust it given the crack as you've mentioned but also the oxidation on the pins leads me to believe it sat open-faced or at least exposed to rain for however long.
  9. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

FWIW Mopar Parts Online shows them in stock & on sale for $208. https://www.moparpartsproonline.com/oem-parts/mopar-powertrain-control-module-68256850aa Is the process of cloning at home purely to save $140 (less actually given DIY dongle/software cost) vs in-and-out having the dealer do it?
  10. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

Despite the site saying they will clone, Chris wasn’t cloning them when I did mine. Not sure, maybe at one point he was. Worth checking in with him to see if it’s something he’s going to resume though for sure.
  11. Ecodiesel Delete tunes

Fully agree with @RoamingGladiator, I have to assume the powertrain warranty would be void after the process is completed. That said, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!
  12. Help me decide - big tent problems from winter 'storage'

We have 2 of these and often lend them out, they have fallen and been pretty abused yet still keep on getting the job done. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JAP7388/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  13. Help me decide - big tent problems from winter 'storage'

Grab an ozone generator on amazon, a decent one can be had for $60 and you'll be amazed at how often you use it. It destroys organic particles like mold and is safe as long as you're not breathing it in while the generator is running and you've let it air out after running it. It kicks out ozone...
  14. Our Willys build.

MPGs were about the same as stock but admittedly I was getting after it quite a bit more so I suspect MPGs would improve if driving habits remained the same. The moment you floor it though and hear all that audible goodness coming from a kooky Jeep pickup though... You won't be able to stay out...
  15. Precut PPF for Pillars and Hood

I was on the fence between north tints and invisible mask recently (both offered Avery and 3M). I'm pretty OCD and mistakenly assumed this was something that as long as I took my time, the results would be great. That plus the folks I took a previous car made it look very easy. The issue was it...
  16. Our Willys build.

I didn’t order via dimensions, they have a dedicated Gladiator product page with their own specific dimensions. As posted though, if I had to do it again I would just order a sub 1k/cheaper slide. Install sucked with mine, lots of new holes had to be drilled etc. End result was great but they...
  17. am I doing something wrong in snow/ice Winter driving?

Not weight on the tailgate, weight over the rear axle. Lowes/HD sells 40lb bags of sand in 3’ tubes that stay in place over the axle in the bed. I ran 160lbs over the axle and they double as instant ice traction media if you (or someone else) needs it. Toyo makes a cheap 33” snow and ice tire...
  18. Vs. 2024 ZR2... (Edit- Test Driven, opinions inside)

It would be interesting to get your feedback post test-drive. I ended up parting with my EcoD Glady and spent a few weeks visiting a few Canyon and Colorado examples. This was a few months ago before any inventory was easily accessible. Their stunning looks drew me in, they both nailed it from...
  19. Tires are ugly brown!

Same thing happens across other brands, some are more pronounced. Tires excrete protective antiozonant. I had no idea until 2 years ago after getting a fresh set of pilot sports on a vehicle. I drove myself absolutely batty trying to get this off and just when I thought it was done it would...
  20. ECU/PCM clone process & pricing

@ParatusExpeditions I agree on much of this but I haven't experienced any of what you describe with GDE or EOC. Both seemed to love discussing the technical aspects of the tunes they provide and they both answered a near endless amount of questions I had. This spanned a whopping 2 years of Q&A...
