At least the end result was a success... Just for the record, it appears the problem was related to a faulty phone button module in the wheel and NOT the Tazer or wiring harness. Thanks rharr for the trouble shooting advice! What do you think of the new wheel!

Finally got it working. I replaced the phone button module on the wheel and everything started working. No idea how or if that’s what did the trick, but we’re good to go now!

Thanks for the suggestion rharr. Took apart wheel and check all connections once again. Everything looks solid. I unmarried the tazer and put old wheel and harness back on just for the hell of it and radio controls work great. from what i can gather I'm dealing with these possible...

Greeting everyone, happy holidays! Haven't revisited this thread for quite some time but just wanted to say that after I updated the Tazer, the random volume increase issue stopped and never returned. ?

My volume has been good since I installed the latest updates. Not sure if it’s a coincidence or if the problem is in fact fixed at this point. It’s been a few weeks since the updates and so far so good….

I am suspecting the Tazer but I’m not sure yet. ‘I’ve updated the firmware to see if that helps. I’ll try that for a day to see if it helps. If it doesn’t, I’ll remove the Tazer and try that for awhile. ‘Stay tuned….
