Most likely the dealer didn't properly clean out the debris from the first pump failure IE remove the fuel tank and be SURE its clean and metal free

Wow... nice like and really strong. I like having the step and keep my factory rock rails and not have to add wiring, worry about switches and motors.

What options do you have : Fully dimpled? What is the 1 inch lift? Did you do the drill install option for extra strength???
I got my TSB done. It's greatly improved. Now streetable. Big Whoop. But.. could be better.
It's nowhere like the 2 gas Gladiators I drove before this diesel. They would swallow up the harshest terrain no problem.
I'm thinking about adding a spacer and hoping to improve it more and that...
