  3. Trim Levels, is it worth it?

I agree, none of the old CJs YJs and most TJs had Lockers. But Of course I’d still like to have lockers and a loaded Rubicon too lol. I’ve never had or needed l them. But I don’t Rock Crawl and have no interest in bouncing a years wages off the rocks and rolling it over lol. For most of us a...
  4. Rubicon Steel bumper gap between bumper and grille?

Awesome thanks! Is there any plastic panels that close up the exposed back where the fog lights are? Thanks!
  5. Trim Levels, is it worth it?

I went with the Overland. Got it for $38,000.00. It’s a family Jeep for weekend trail rides and camping. Might lift it a little in the future, but I couldn’t justify paying almost $20 grand more for a Rubicon for the type of wheeling we do. Lockers can be added down the road, but honestly none...
  6. Rubicon Steel bumper gap between bumper and grille?

Just installed a Runicon Steel bumper on my Overland, there’s a pretty big gap between the bumper and grille now and the old plastic filler trim piece don’t fit right. Is there a specific plastic trim that goes with the rubicon bumper? Thanks!

I know this has been asked a whole LOT. I just want to be certain before I spend my money. I have a 2021 Overland and I’d like to start wheeling it on some trails and light off-roading. - what’s the biggest tire I can run stock? -Whats the biggest tire with Rubicon Flares? - Or Is there...
  9. Disappointed and sad . My gladiator is dead and sold

My wife and I have had 8 TJs, 1 YJ, 2 XJs , 2 Libertys and 1 Commander. And Now 1 Gladiator. We’ve never had a problem with any of them over the years. I did have a Ram Rebel that did the same thing As you’ve described. It would just shut down dead and towed to Dealer. It was a lemon. They...

  13. Newsflash: Overlands aren’t just Mall Crawlers!

Great looking Gladiator. Ive got an Overland also and looking to get it out on some light trails with the family soon before I do any upgrades. Haven’t wheeled a Jeep off-road in over a decade. I I’ve got some recovery gear but not much else yet. Are the stock tires (Bridgestone Duellers) ok...
  14. Jeep screwed us

I agree, they had my Rebel for almost 3 months hooking it up to a computer that synced with a computer at Ram HQ in I believe Michigan, turned out it was missing a Ground strap and some other stuff which is why it had all the electric problems. but they didn’t offer me a Loaner vehicle either...
  15. Jeep screwed us

I Had a similar experience with 2019 Ram Rebel. Within the first 6 months it Had to be towed to the dealer 3 times. It had Burning smell in the cabin when the truck was running, Touch Screen stereo would black out. sometimes the truck would just die with no electric to it at all and have to...
  16. Unique Post // I've decided my Gladiator Rubicon is not the vehicle for me : /

In 2008 I left jeeps for Rams. Our Gladiator is the first Jeep we’ve owned since then. We still have a 2020 RAM bighorn 4wd that is the family truck, And No doubt the Rams are more comfortable and have better road manners. Our 2020 Big Horn drives like a Cadillac, quiet smooth and comfortable...

I Just purchased an Overland, my first Jeep since my 2006 LJ and the and I’m already looking for things for it like I did back in the TJ days. my truck didn’t come with the Trail Rail system, is it something that would be good to get? Is there a lot of add ons that can mount to it or is it...
  18. Old School Jeeps

I my wife and I have had a quite few TJs a YJ and 2XJs over the years. I wish I would’ve kept the LJ. I actually liked my YJ more than the TJs. But my Overland Gladiator is at the top of the list. I’d still like to get an old CJ8 scrambler. I quit the Jeep world 10 years ago when I bought a...

Awesome thanks, that makes sense. I’m new to the Jeep world again. I drove TJs for about 10 years, and then bought a Ram. This is the first Jeep I’ve driven since the TJs. I love it!
  20. First Impressions in New Gladiator

I agree, it’s really nice, and I think it rides and handles better than my old TJs. I was surprised that my Overland sits almost as as high as our Ram and is almost as long. It’s a good looking Jeep. And The older I get the more I appreciate electric Windows, lumbar support and other creature...
