You still looking? I'm considering selling mine - I bought the dual top group and I strongly prefer the hard top, and it'd be nice to have the cash for other upgrades. I'm just north of Houston, but I wouldn't mind delivering, or you could come pick up, or we could meet somewhere in the...
I really like the black grille on that. I went back and forth when I ordered mine, but decided against it at the time. After seeing yours, I may have to dip mine.
I had this on an old Toyota Highlander that I bought from CarMax several years ago. About a month before the CarMax warranty expired, the transmission completely failed - it's been a long time, so I don't remember what really happened. But I got my transmission replaced, no questions asked...
My dealer quoted me 6-8 weeks. I think they just have to be conservative about it up front because some components seem to really delay the process, But now it seems to be the diesel (maybe not anymore?), MT, and spray-in bedliner that are causing delays, and I didn't get any of those.
I don't have a reliable phone number, sadly. But I just sent him an e-mail to [email protected] and that was enough to get started. I'll try to dig up a good phone number, because I think he works for the umbrella group of dealers, not specifically Covert CDJR.

100% agree. Everything posted here makes it seem really easy to do business with Gupton from beginning to end.
In my case, I worked with Scott @ Covert CJDR in Austin, and I didn't have to use Daniel's numbers against him. On my first contact, Scott said I'd be getting 6% below invoice and...
I dealt with Daniel when ordering mine last week. I got the 8% below invoice and it matched up with the spreadsheet almost exactly. But I got 6% below invoice from a dealer in Austin, which is 9 hours closer to me.
I ran the numbers, and with a better trade-in closer to me, plus the costs...
I ordered mine on 4/26 and they wouldn't even let me add proximity entry to it, so I went without. But, my build is completed and awaiting shipment to the dealer, so I guess I'm happy I configured mine the way that I did. I may end up adding it on later, if it's a thing that bothers me after a...
When I ordered mine, each of my salespeople (at multiple dealerships) specifically asked for me to do a build on jeep.com, save that to a PDF and send it to them. I'm sure it depends on what they're most comfortable with, but that seems like a safe place to start.
Just ordered my Sport S Max Tow (in Sarge Green) from Scott @ Covert CDJR in Austin. Got 6% below invoice w/ Tread Lightly and he was super easy to work with.
I priced him against Daniel @ Gupton, who quoted me the standard 8% below invoice. But the fees in Texas are lower, and I only have to...
It's not specifically performance-focused, but this thread may be helpful to you.

Why did you decide to go with the Kilmat behind the speaker enclosures? I'd never thought to do that before - does it change the quality of the sound coming from the speakers?
