Thanks! I tried the Tacoma cleats too but decided they looked gargantuan next to the factory cleats and didn’t make use of the notches in the Gladiator rails. Mine don’t look exactly like the factory cleats, but they are almost identical in size and use the notches to lock in place.

I 3D printed two extra cleats for my gladiator that seem to work well. For anyone interested, I posted the model on thingiverse. Just search for gladiator rail cleat.

I asked Torsen as well as Eaton and actually got a quick response from Torsen Traction’s Rick Barnes. He said “We do not offer anything for the Gladiator at this time, but we anticipate introducing something later this year.” That’s gives me hope that there will be one on the market in time...
