  1. Trim Restore RUINED Taillight Housing?

I love both products and will continue using both. I think each serve their own purpose. I use the VRP on just the interior where it gets cleaned more regularly and not exposed to the elements. The gel worked amazing on the plastic hood cowl in front of the windshield. It brought it back to life...
  2. Trim Restore RUINED Taillight Housing?

I’m sure you’ve tried multiple products by now. I use VRP by chemical guys like others have mentioned but just bought the Tire and trim gel by them to bring my faded exterior trim back to life. I think it’s more oil based than the VRP. Curious to find out how you resolve this conundrum

Not the black plastic trim piece….i already have that removed no problem. It’s the painted piece around it that it attaches to that I’m trying to remove.
  4. Removing Wiper cowl (painted section)

Anyone have any experience removing the wiper cowl between the hood and the windshield? I removed both side cowls, the wipers and plastic section, along with the 6 plastic push pins just under the back side of the hood lip. I was able to lift up the front slightly for the section I want to...

  6. Any Advice on Breaking Oil pan seal for replacement?

Use a paint scraper to gingerly break the gasket while working slowly around it. Make sure to clean the surface of the block before you put the new pan on whether it’s a new gasket or RTV paste
  7. Noise from front diff/ transfer case after gear install

Just wondering if anything is related to the (FAD) front axle disconnect? Or a vacuum line for 4WD? I can’t recall the part (maybe 4WD actuator), but when I had an F150 I had a weird noise coming from front end. I had a razor thin cut in a vacuum line that was only seen when wheel was at full...
