You can order those trim pieces from MOPAR or any of the online parts dealers if you really want the black-out look. Less than $30 each when I ordered them year from BAM.

Built my own tie downs from orange box store hardware: eye bolts, washers, rubber washers, unistrut nut thingys. Each one was just a few bucks a piece.

The truck is oem halogen. I didn’t do anything for wiring. I did use a tazer to set to LED, although I’m not sure if it was actually needed. I had seen some reviews stating it wasn’t necessary with that particular setup.
