Ya, pretty nuts. They are now sending me a new module. I really hope this fixes it. I've pulled it in and out of the dash 20+ times already. On a good note, putting it in the dash is pretty easy now.

The hoses helped me, but in the end 9 had a upper control arm bolt that was loose and causing the rattle.

I had talked to you guys via email and last siggestion was to try rubber hose. I'll try and call and see if maybe we can come up with something different. Anyone specific to talk to?

Im confused. I have the factory blue isolators on, I have wrapped most of the first few turns with rubber hose, I've made sure the little nipple on the top factory isolator is in the tiny hole at the top of the bucket. I've wrapped the inside the coil bucket with foam even. And still get this...

I was able to work through most of mine. Some caused by an amp. Some caused by alternator whine. I moved some wires, installed filters, and a new amp. Still have a little whine but it's minimal.

Ya, I hear ya. The static drives me nuts. I am pretty sure it's not the PAC audio harness any more and it's my amp. I ran the amp off my cell phone and still had static. But who knows. I really don't wanna dump $2k into a new head unit but I agree that may be the only way.
