My 70 year old back does it easily with a small piece of 2x4 and 24 inch crow bar., I do have a adjustable wheel dolly but went back to the 2x4 and crow bar method it just works easier for me.
I used Black, Rust-Oleum Automotive Truck Bed Coating Spray Paint Textured, it has been a few years now and still looks good., also touched up some scrapes on corner of the rear steel bumper came out good.

I installed the Jeep Gladiator, Tail Gunner Tail Lights from Combat offroad about a year ago I like them a lot better than the stock lights they were plug and play not a single problem with them although I did use the jScan to set taillights to LED., and they are a little pricey...
