My 21 started leaking a couple months ago. Debated on taking it in which would mean at least three trips to the dealer and an hour to hour and a half drive depending on which one I went to. I would also have to take my topper off.
I used the flowable silicone and it worked for now. We will see...
Mine has started leaking now. 11k miles. I don't know if it's worth the hassle of going to the dealer. A two hour drive one way and at minimum two trips and days off work. If it was used and not under warranty I wouldn't hesitate to do it myself.
Checked my daughters Gladiator and its leaking also.
Mine will stay as cool as I want it to be even in 90 plus temps. The auto function is a little wonky but it usually settles down and keeps it comfortable.
Got mine back today. New intake cam and rocker. Took almost a week but it is quiet now. It ticked/knocked all the time regardless of temp. Confidence took a little hit but all seems well now.
May depend on how soon you want some shocks. I looked at the Falcons and they are scheduled to be available fall of 2022. Fox are mostly available now.
The Fox shocks are better than stock but I feel they are still a weakness with the Mopar lift. What would be a good upgrade? Something from Fox or Falcon or is there another that would work better?
It is not the most seamless auto HVAC. I get the warm humid air once in a while, not a problem because it doesn't last long. Now that the temps are cooler I get cool air out the vents and sometimes blazing hot out below. Takes it while to make up it's mind. The cool air out the vents is probably...
I have Boom mats in mine. It helped but there is still some wind noise. I think it is mostly from the side mirrors. The remaining wind noise is better than some of the Hoopties that I have owned. It is much quieter than my last convertible.
