Closing this one out - the second dealer I went to replaced the jounces under warranty. Took forever to get the parts in and schedule a loaner, but it’s done!

Exactly as you said. Zero chance of raising a legal case here. Also very unlikely I’ll go any further than I already have. If I get denied again, no biggie. It’s modified and understand the decision.
For the record, but don’t think it matters much, this was a 2” AEV spacer lift, installed by a shop, after the Jeep was purchased new.
2” spacer, 2” bump stop extension, 2” shock extension. It all works around the jounce.

I totally agree. Was more of a “while your in there”, while my Jeep was at the dealer for a different reason I figured I would have them see if it could be covered. Which it ended up not being.

2021 Mojave owner here with a Mopar Maximum Care extended warranty. I was recently denied on a warranty claim on the hydraulic front jounce’s (read as bump stops) that the Mojave’s have. Both driver and passenger sides are leaking heavily at this point.
