I was recently looking at f150’s, 4runners, tundra’s, and the JT’s. every salesperson has been trained to tell the “chip shortage” story. be aware, not every vehicle made uses the chips that are in short supply. see below and tell the sales people to prove it. No gladiator in the top 10 list.

I think you are right about trade offs. Some of these exhaust systems are $1600 so it didn’t make sense that all you were buying 5 hp and torque

I took a look at some of the available systems and was a bit surprised to see that most don’t even post dyno gains. The ones that do claim increases say “up to 5 hp and 5 tq. Seems like a huge waste of $$ to me. anyone get better increases from a cat back system? am I missing something here?

I installed a fender/ hood ppf to Protect the paint until my PPF installer can fit me in. I’ve never tried that before and it’s much harder than it looks. I did a crappy job but it’ll protect the paint for now.

stock exhaust was the first thing I replaced… color is rareish factory Miami Blue.

If you bought it recenrly, cancel it and buy the same warranty at half the cost from Tom.

Thanks, much appreciated. The dealer started at 3880.00. I offered 1800.00 for 84/100. But when I learned it wasn’t a jeep warranty I declined it.

can you good people recommend a dealer to purchase a jeep extended warranty from? The dealer where I purchased my JT wanted to sell me a third-party warranty. i’m not a big fan of third-party warranties and I’m looking for manufacturer paper. thanks!
