I bought this adapter, when it worked it worked well. It frequently disconnected and sometimes would not connect until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. This morning on my 30 minute drive into work it disconnected itself 6 times. I would not recommend it. Tim

I had that version of the wireless carplay adapter and it worked but not well. On my ride into work this morning, 30 minutes, it disconnected 6 times. I would not recommend it. Tim

Would this allow me to make changes to my JT? Like if I add adaptive cruise control and need to make it work? Tim

That looks great. Is the lack of waterproofing an issue? Also how is the microphone? I worry about not using the factory microphones.

What is keeping me from pulling the trigger is two items, 1. Not waterproof and 2. Does not work with the built in microphones. I don't want to have to add a microphone when the factory ones are there.
