Personally if you like the current rig then I would say keep it and purchase an extended warranty with a Mod-Friendly dealership and make sure the warranty shows an up charge for lifted vechicle. Otherwise you'll have a warranty that in the end might get denied. Just my two cents. I've traded...

Mine is leaking again and they never could diagnose the noise. I ordered a new wrangler back in November hoping i could have these issues resolved before it got here but no such luck. It's built and in transit. I'm going to miss the gladiator bed for sure.

Checked mine last night and it's leaking again. I cleaned it up real good and will confirm in a couple of days that it is for sure leaking and not residue from replacement.

So I thought putting the spare on fixed the noise but it came back today even louder. It sounds like something is in a bind. Maybe something will finally break and they'll know what to fix! lol

Well they fixed the clicking noise with the ball joint nuts and the seal isn't leaking yet but the axle is making the same sound it did when I first noticed it leaking. Sounds like a tire rubbing on the fender well at a certain spot in the wheel's revolution. Only hear it at very slow speed...

Mine is in the shop right now getting the axle shaft replaced and the ball joint TSB done. I hope all the noise I've been hearing is just from the old bearing.

Replacement axle shaft is here. Now if they can just get my jeep in the shop to change it.

What's your zipcode? Just curious how long of a trip it would be.

Any issues with it? Or did you just decide you wanted lockers? And how much do you want for it? I have a 2021 Willy's with a leaking rear axle seal and something else is going on with the diff have lots of metal shavings in it. Dealership can't get any parts been waiting since Sept.

I'm just curious if maybe the issue is the axle housing itself or a bad run of seals since a few have had the repair done only to have it start leaking again. Hopefully Jeep can get this figured out quickly as I sell these things and will probably have to start dealing with complaints soon.

I'm in the same boat waiting for a complete new rear end assembly. National back order??? Kind of makes me wonder if they are updating the part.....
