That plastic bank area is likely the sub. Does it have round grill slots? Turn the music up and put the seat down and stick your head back there. Adjust the bass as needed. I have the factory sub and it puts out plenty of bass, actually too much sometimes. I did upgrade the rest of the speakers...

Yep, I feel you there. I finally caved and purchased a Bestop Sunrider. I hope it's as great as many people say it is. I take delivery today and am pretty damn excited.

Yep, same thing happened to me. Took it in to the dealer before factory warranty ran out and they replaced the entire glass piece at no cost to me.
