Well I got everything switched out pretty easily. The front 2 shocks had 14mm bolts top and bottom, but the rears were a direct swap with the 12mm bolts. I just drilled out the front sleeves on the shocks and everything is good to go. I figured I would post what I did in case anyone else...
Okay, I've decided to go with the red Rubicon shocks because of the deal I got on low mileage takeoffs ($50 for shocks, springs and loads of other stuff I don't need). Next question is on the front ones...What is the easiest way to get 14mm sleeves into the front shocks to mount them. It seems...
I know most people go the other way on this, but I'm looking for a stiffer ride on my Mojave and my shocks are ready to be rebuilt anyway. I found a great deal on a Rubicon suspension and was just curious if the shocks would bolt right up or not. Thanks!
I've looked at your fliptop setup several times and like the idea! Just seems like I would open the panels more often with that setup...especially on road trips. The Truck Buddiez would come in really handy when I'm hauling my generator for camping I think...I've not seen them before, but...
For anyone wanting to build with Legos here is a link to a custom build. You can buy all the parts and instructions. Looks pretty nice!

I put a Kicker HS10 behind the rear seat on the drivers side. It fits great in the pocket behind the seat and it's self powered. I also have the stock sub though with the upgraded sound system. Made enough of an improvement for me to be worth it. On it's own I don't know, but do some...
It's under the hardtop at it's lowest setting so you should be good...not sure of the measurement though because mine is currently set just over the hardtop.
Looks like just over 22" from the bedrails will clear my hardtop. I like the OVS rack because it's pretty easy to adjust it up and down depending on what I need.
I've had mine for about 9 months and have liked it. It's very solid once it's all put together. I have a Truxedo Pro X 15 cover with the Elevate TS Rails...so the rack is mounted to the TS Rails. The cover just clears the towers when rolling it up.
This is a great idea. Would you be able to share your parts list for those of us wanting to do something similar? I'd start with this, but need the rack to be higher and I also need to figure out how to mount it with my tonneau. But your idea would be a great starting point. Thanks in...
