I've heard from a few resourceful people saying it's best to run less def during the winter so the in tank heater can keep up. Less likely to freeze up this way so that is how I'm going to approach it this winter.
I 100% understand that but just going off prior experiences. I can remember to this day how all 3 of my JK's windshields were broken but not the slightest idea as to how the JT's was broken. Not a single occurrence of a loud hit to the windshield just noticed the chip one day.
I'm currently having a chip filled in on my 1 month old truck with Gorilla glass. No idea what even hit me but have a ball point pen size chip. No idea if it would've been worse with the regular glass or the same result. So far I'm less than impressed with the "upgrade".
Thanks! It's a '21 so they have incentives on them still so if you're getting a '22 you may be out of luck. I know $500 was for using Chrysler financing and I knew about 1k for the advertised black Friday offer thats running all month long but honestly I'm not sure where the last 1k came from. I...
Finally picked up my diesel Rubicon from Motor Inn in Spirit Lake Iowa. 5% under invoice and 2.5k in rebates, no regrets. Took about 2 months to arrive and a couple of weeks for me to have free time to go pick it up. Loving the diesel so far.
I just picked up my Gladiator I ordered with the dual door group. The boxes filled the bed AND the backseat so you'd better have a plan to get them home if you have 3+ people. Luckily we weren't trading in a vehicle so we didn't have to try to figure out an alternative. Just wanted others to be...
Your wait really isn't comparable to recently completed orders since you will have to wait for all the '21s to be finished up before they could start yours so probably not the best gauge.
My salesman is the same way. I ask him a question and instead of finding out for me he just responds with "I'm not sure" or "I haven't heard anything about that yet". Definitely won't use them for any future purchases.
I was in a well built JKU I was with 2 XJ's and a TJ. Here is the best pic I have that shows some of the mud there. The JK experience went there so you can find some videos. Just wanted to give ya a heads up.
Just so you are aware, Redbird is a muddy forest. Yes you can do it all but would be wise to have another rig with you for recoveries and body damage is possible with all the sliding around in a forest. I was the only one of the 4 of us that left without damage.
