That’s sucks, they clearly know they have a problem on these vehicles and they need to make it right all the way around and own it completely. Otherwise they will have more customers like me that bail on the brand. I loved my Gladiator but it needs to be reliable for the long term and paint...
Yep, I had to weight my options and between the paint and the engine ticking i traded mine. Just did not and should not have to deal with this on vehicles that are a year or two old. Not saying you don’t have issues with all vehicles but the things going wrong or could go wrong made up my mind.
Brand new never installed Katzkin leather trimmed seat covers for 2020 and 2021 Rubicons. These covers will only fit Rubicons that came without leather from the factor and have the 60/40 bench without the arm rest.
These are not slip on covers and will need to be professionally installed...

I did not do the reset and was at an average was around 15.5 before starting out. Good point though, next trip I will reset and see where it ends up at. It’s was so jacked up to see that range number, had to do a double take.
This an observation only
No, I did not buy a Gladiator for its gas mileage.
You might have different observations and I could be full of shit. But thought I would share my experience.
I like to tinker and do as many of my own mods that I comfortable with. But, I’m no mechanic. (Some might say...
4 Used and 1 New 35x12.5xR20s mounted on Carbon Grey Venomrex Wheels. The four used tires have 18k miles and range between 13 and 14/32.. The rims have no rash and come with the lugs. The four used tires all have TPMS for the 2021 Gladiator built after June 21. I can’t remember if the new tire...
The key statement in the promo was “for any engineer” just because you can does not mean you should and screams of a company completely out of touch with a segment of their clients, The off-road community. Just my opinion, but what happens when the testers don’t catch the bug the drives a family...
I think the answer to your question is yes, manual transmissions are not being invested in by Jeep or many other manufactures. The reduction in demand due to the number of people that can drive a manual continues to decline and most manufactures are putting investments in the EV segment.
So, got my extension extension cable today and I will be damned if I can get the connectors back into the factor ports. I have large hands so most like the first problem. Any tricks on getting this installed without taking the dash off? Maybe a long thing needle nose?
I made the same mistake with Waze and thought the same as you, must be auto correcting. Since getting the right tire size calibration there is a noticeable difference in the shift points and how hard the machine seems to be working. On the interstate I was seeing mostly 6th gear running close to...
In the same boat with a SmartCap. Thinking I’m going to take off the clamps and try scooting the cap back about 3 or 4 inches, remove the hard top, and sit the soft top in. Going to be a pain removing the HT without a hoist and the SmartCap will not be a picnic but I think it will be better than...
Just got a new-to-me SmartCap and I think I remember someone running a large Molle panel in the inside roof but could not find the post again. Anyone have a recommendation?
