Do any of you elites know whether or not there is a way to tell if a given Jeep has already gone through the clutch recall? I bought a 2020 JT, and I'm not certain whether or not this has been done.
Is there a VIN search or something? I'd really love to have a way of knowing whether the recall...
Assuming you have the same seat-jacker that I do--and assuming you see this post eight months later--can you post a photo of how your holster fits on the seat-front molle panel? I hesitated to get the panel, as I didn't really see how it would fit very well.
Please forgive me if this has been posted before—I did a search but didn’t see anything on point—but I was wondering what size tires can be stored underneath.
I have a spare 33” under there now, but I need four new shoes. If 37s can fit, I may get five and rotate all five. If it will only fit...
My wife's family is all between Koszalin and the Baltic; we go every few years. Gradually, I've been seeing more and more SUVs and even pick-up trucks each time we go. Can't recall ever seeing a Wrangler though. (The Gladiator wasn't out last time we were there.)
Y'all are fantastic. A trip through the Jeep website and then through the Mopar site made for some good, solid procrastination.
Now, I just need to (a) buy these without angering my wife too badly, and (b) install them without everything looking crooked as hell.
I welcome tips on that as...
I cannot imagine the double-take I would do if I passed your Gladiator on one of those tiny little two-lane roads in Poland. Having spend some time there, it is definitely not something you see every day. I expect photos of that beast of yours sitting in a parking lot surrounded by maluchs.
I love my Bright White Rubicon JT, but I am not enamored by the red on the dual-color exterior highlights -- the hood decal, the Trail Rated badging, and the Jeep badging on the sides and tailgate. Ideally, I would love the same dual-color highlights but swap orange for red.
Is it easy to...
Dziekuje bardzo!
That looks like a great trip. I am hoping to do the same next summer with my [Polish] wife and two kids. Unfortunately, though, we'll be in a long-ass RV. So, no off-roading -- at least, not intentionally.
Genuinely impressed by y’all and your MPG. Depending upon how aggressively I’m pushing the 6-speed, I’m generally around 15-16.5 around town, and 19-22 on the highway.
Good enough for me and my 33/12.5s on a 4” lift. It’s practically Greta Thunberg-approved compared with my wife’s Armada.
I don't know how it found me--Mark Zuckerberg probably does, that bastard--because, at least for now, I'm happy with my super-long jumper cables and my pancake air compressor. But there it was, an advertisement for a tiny little jumper box and air compressor.
It's the Mophie Powerstation Go...
Or, better yet, paint the testicles. Bright red. Or blue, for that matter.
All kidding aside, I was thinking about a ceramic paint (durability/easy cleaning) or a cover for the brake dust benefits. Plus, with 33x12.5s on 20s, I think black, red, or white would look nice.
On the paint issue...
Does anyone here have caliper covers, whether the Rough Country set from Quadratec or the MGPs or any other? Has anyone here painted their calipers?
On the covers: Are they safe? How was the install? Any photos?
On the paint: With the drying time, was install a time-consuming pain in the arse...
