I ended up putting a jack under the bumper with the nuts and bolts loose. It pushed it up just enough for everything to clear. No mod needed.
Lovin the RR HD set. I'll post pics this weekend.
I just finished the same install and I'm finding the LED fogs are in the way of the Mojave front skid plate. Did you have any issue with this?
Also, with the RR HD rear bumper I'm having Parksense schizophrenic feedback. Don't know if you have the same rear bumper, but if you do, have you had...
Great post! I have the same bumper, bar & winch sitting in boxes in my garage waiting to go onto my '21 JTM. It looks top notch and the trail cam pic is perfect! Thanks!
I'm looking at that bumper and really appreciate your pic angles! I'm also looking at the RR HD rear bumper. So far I'm loving my Mojave. 15,000+ miles and it had no problems with 35's & stock suspension at Moab Hell's Revenge this month.

2 things: I filed the back edges of the roller cover because the front most brackets kept it from seating fully, and I cut out the inside edges of the plastic bed siderail covers just enough to allow room for the heads of the carriage bolts used to secure the tonneau adapter brackets to the...
The RollnLock isn't really forgiving. It'll bow a little but that causes the side latches to lose their grip, causing it to begin sliding closed.
My Firman 2100 generators barely fit under but the 5 gallon gas tank doesn't.
All in all I'm really happy with the rollnlock.
It was like the tonneau adapter braces were made for this configuration. I way over-thought it before starting because it only required a few small modifications.
I'm towing a ~4,000# travel trailer with both a Mojave and Wrangler Rubicon. Both 2021. The Wrangler has an AEV 2" spacer lift. With the weight distribution hitch they both tow about the same as far as trailer sway and bounce, which is very little. The Wrangler is a diesel so it tows with a lot...
