The SC7862 comes with it's own GPS antenna. If you have Sirius/XM already in your Gladiator, you can use the existing antenna which is located on top of the roll bar. It picks up GPS signals and Phoenix includes an adapter so you don't have to use a separate GPS antenna. If you want to access...
Shout out to Diode Dynamics for their Elite Series fogs. Replaced the factory LED's with an amber set on my '21 Mojave and they work great. Really like the amber accent light. Factory lights were all plastic...DD units were heavy aluminum. The beam pattern is outstanding.
I'm pretty sure you can. Will have to check later. The SC7862 is the only Android headunit I found that will accept both front and rear factory cameras. The Insane Audio JL4001 (and the 3001) do not have that capability...I know because I had/tried both and sent them back. The Jeep factory...
Two pictures for you...sorry about the dust on the closeup. I think the match is fine. Texture on the factory trim is dark gray metallic, SC7862 trim is smooth black. Hope this helps.
Just my 2 cents worth, but I have the Phoenix SC7862 (8 gig/128 gig) installed in my '21 Mojave and love it. It's pretty much plug and play so the install is fairly easy. I have not lost a single OEM feature that I know of and everything works as it should. OEM mic., front and rear factory...
I used Gorilla on my Mojave. Here's the suggestion from one of their techs;
For your 2021 Jeep Gladiator with factory alloy wheels the replacement lug nut we recommend is 66148BDX (old Factory Style part) or 66148FSBC (new Factory Style part). This is an all steel, black plated "Factory Style"...
I had the Insane Audio unit and sent it back because there is no way to connect your OEM front Trail Cam. Just installed the Phoenix SC7862 8 Gig/128 Gig yesterday and it is incredible! Everything works as advertised and the customization capabilities seem endless. I'm very pleased.
IA sent me a JL4001 as a replacement for the 3001. Never installed it because there was still no way to connect the factory front TrailCam. Had the same problem with the 3001. Had to return both units. It's a shame because the JL4001 looks like it has quite a few solid improvements. IA...
That is correct. Both cameras feed to the CVPM behind the rear seat and a single coax with a red FAKRA connector is output to the factory 8.4" radio in the dash. I thinks the Phoenix Automotive SC7862 for our Jeep takes care of the problem internally, but I'm not sure yet....still doing some...
Thanks...I had already printed the instructions. The problem is that there is no front camera RCA plug coming out of the camera box. There is a female RCA front video jack on one of the harnesses, but nothing to plug into the damn thing. Rear camera works fine. I/A told me that they were...
