  1. On this episode of "Batteries gone bad"

So, like most of ya'll I've hit the 3 year anniversary to the F'ing day of purchasing my 2020 JTR. It was like every other morning, went to the garage, hopped in and noticed a weak start. As I was backing down the drive way the infamous Auto start (ESS) light popped up on the dash. I knew...
  2. I’m a little concerned

So I just dropped off my 20’ JTR for a rear window replacement due to leaking and plastic with micro cracks apparently. Got it. Easy enough, but when talking to the Jeep dealer service department they have never seen a “factory headliner” installed. That’s concern 1. Concern 2 is the fact...
  3. High Altitude with export mirrors.

Took my dad to the local Jeep dealership to look at some Grand Cherokees and inside the show room was this "High Altitude" edition sitting all nice and shiny. What caught my eye was the "export" style mirror indicators that were installed. I haven't heard of them being installed on North...
  4. Unexpected purchases.

Well as it always goes, I went out for one item and came back with several. First stop was Lowes for an air tool. I was just looking around as one does and BOOM I saw the Scepter water container. It was on sale for 22.00. I figured Id go ahead and pick it up. Went to the register to check...
  5. Should I install?

So during the last quarter of last year I purchased my "Wish list" of Jeep parts while deployed. I have since installed the wheels, tires, lift, lights and all the little bits I ordered. I still have yet to install my new YetiXD front and rear track bars and also new tie-rod. The Jeep drives...

  9. Correct tire pressure?

Just had the dealer install my lift and tires. I was driving back home and on the highway going about 70 mph it just didn't feel planted. I did notice the tires looked a little round on top as if there was a lot of tire pressure and when I checked I saw that there was 55-58 psi per tire. I...
  10. Tomorrow's the big day.

Finally getting around to having the lift installed tomorrow morning. Pretty stoked to see her after. 2in MOPAR lift. 35in Ko2's and the premium JT MOPAR wheels. (Spare already mounted.... not shown).
  11. Lift install with Tazer

Question. I am having my lift installed tomorrow finally!, but also have my Tazer installed to disable TPMS sensors (installed sensors in new tires) and also my start stop. Should I un marry the Tazer or leave it installed as is due to the fact I'm just having the lift installed?
  12. 3/4 inch spacer question.

So next Tuesday I'm having the local Jeep dealership install my MOPAR lift. I bought the Fishbone off-road 3/4 inch spacer lift for the front rake. I do have the stock steel bumper and a winch on the front. Is the 3/4 inch spacer worth it? Will it void the MOPAR lift warranty? and will the...
  13. I think I'm going to be sick.

So I went to my local dealership to set a date for the lift install and as I was walking out I noticed a lifted 2022 JTR. I checked it out so see how mine will eventually look and a large number caught my eye. I looked at the pricing sheet and my eyes widened. MSRP for the JTR alone was...

  17. Weathertech window shades

  18. Radio Update?

Just asking around, but I haven't seen an update for my 8.4 system since end of 2020 beginning of 2021 time frame. Is there a way to check in the Jeep if its current or not? Maybe just wait till it pops up eventually?
  19. MOPAR A-Pillar bracket side light.

So I'm about to install my a-pillar light brackets and I came across a picture someone posted on Quadratec with what looks like a side LED light strip that mounts flat to the side. I've searched around and for the life of me could not find something that looks the same. I was thinking of doing...
  20. K&N vs MOPAR engine oil filter

Recently I changed the oil in my JTR. I always use MOPAR oils and filters, but when purchasing everything I came across a K&N oil filter for the 3.6. I love their air filters but do their oil filters perform any better than stock ones?
