yes, so far it has rained hard a couple times with no water leaks and I really dig the carpet on the underside.
the directions sucked but we got it installed well and so far so good.
i ended up with the Undercover Ultra Flex. the carpeted bottom and LED light along with some of you here helped me make that choice. i feel for my needs it is the best trifold I could get.
however, the instructions sucked. lol
so as I figured it out I made a review / instructional video that I...
ok, now i am gonna have to deep dive and find that episode. i get about 16 MPG where I live in the mountains so it would suck to see it drop at all. lol
I did get the undercover. i hope to install it Monday if time allows. it seems nice so far.
that is really great to hear, I am looking heavily into this one. that carpet on the bottom looks like it would be great to set things on it when folded up. also it is not aluminum from what I am reading so will not dent? can you confirm that?
do all these covers do that or do some brands not end up with that issue?
i am trying to keep my bed from being full of snow all winter and a way to keep my snowboard gear covered and not out in the open forpeople to grab it as they walk by.
Glad I'm not alone. Dealer said it seemed normal but if it got louder to bring g it in and it's under warranty.
Now I can just nitpick on the leather steering cover that has a little bur on one of the little dimples that bugs me to death cuz it falls right where I rest my hand. Ha ha ha
It seems to do it when u mentioned. If in park with the foot on than off the brake. Just for a few seconds.
Never had a car do it or do it so it's audible like this.
So that is normal?
i am torn now just between the undercover ultra flex and the rugged rige in trifold or hard roll.
all of those can be removed by hand.
the undercover comes carpeted underneath and is a fiberglass blend instead of aluminum so no dents over time so I am leaning towards that but the hard roller...
to be honest I am not sure. that would make sense with when I hear it but it just doesn't sound like a typical fan noise.
i will go out and pop the hood and see.
would be awesome and suck at the same time if that is all it is. ha ha ha
my mojave is just a few days old and I am noticing a noise I feel a brand new car should not be making.
it's going to be hard to describe but I am going to try and I am curious if this is just what the jeep gladiator does for some reason.
i am going to the dealer in the am to finish out the...
i decided to skip on the mopar trifold hard cover.
narrowed it down to two others that I will look into getting in the next week or two and just install it myself. figure I spent this much already on a majave i might as well shell out a few more for the one I like the over all look and use of...
