Picked her up today and took her for her first trail ride. I have to say, I was a little shocked by how slow the acceleration was in comparison with my JL Wrangler. Those 410 gears make it feel like a 3/4 ton dually. We won't be winning any rally races, but man, does she crawl a grade.

LOL.... okay Gecko Pearl On my window sticker it says "Gecko Pearl" On my build sheet it says "Limited Edition Gecko Clear Coat" The .ca website build also calls it "Gecko Pearl"

Talked to my salesman this morning, they have received the invoice for my Gecko Rubicon. He says they usually receive the vehicle a few days later. I guess it depends on shipping, but at least its built and on its way. Ordered 11/8 Then crickets........ We get nothing in Canada. Delivery...

My build sheet just showed up, getting excited. I called the dealership for a status update, no Jeep Chat in Canada, the guy I talked to was a total a$$. Obviously there is too much emotion in purchasing a Jeep, because I wanna drive down there and punch the guy in the face. Uggh....

The car is gorgeous, the truck, well! That goes without saying. I am curious about the tent manufacturer and model. I really like that setup. And, hey, thanks for the great post. I needed that today.

Just curious if anyone knows whether the build sheet and window sticker links work for Canadian builds? The FCA Canada link for the window sticker works, but I am not sure about the other two.

Alas, no delivery date. Dealer says that the parts have been assembled and it is waiting to be built, status as of 26 Aug, and he expects another 6 to 8 weeks. I guess the first Gecko Gladiator won't be a Canadian one.

Jeep Canada is now showing the Gecko color for the the gladiator build. I'm not sure when it exactly it showed up, but it couldn't have been more than a few days ago. Here is a pick of my build from the site. Tomorrow I'll call my dealer to see if he has an ETA. I have the window sticker, surely...

The price is $150.00 higher than what the numbers add up to. Also, the options I ordered, $150.00 for Gorilla Glass, and $150.00 for floor mats do not show up in the optional equipment list. Interesting n'est pas. I wish there was more information on Canadian ordering.

Oh boy, so excite! I had the VIN wrong, a "6" looked like a "G." Once I realized it and did a check, my window sticker showed up on the Canadian site. Unfortunately, there is still no way to find out anything about the build, even the dealer has limited information and no estimated delivery...
