It threw the P027C code prior to swapping the pump. The dealer has swapped the injector, and put 45 miles on it with no CEL. They are going to do a few more drive cycles on it on Monday to confirm the fix. Any bets?

Update: Dealer was able to get help from Jeep Tech, who recommended a bunch of diagnostics. They are going to replace one injector ($1200...) and see if that fixes it. Hoping for some resolution.

And another update, the dealer installed a new O2 sensor, and on a second 15 mile test drive the CEL and P026C code returned.

My dealer did the software update on my JTWD yesterday, I’m hoping this will be the fix from here on out. It seems to idle at a lower rpm than before, but other than that I didn’t notice any other differences on my two hour drive home from the dealership.

I called my dealer to take my JTWD in due to the latest DEF fail, and he confirmed that TSB 18-002-22 is out, and references the P208B error code. They are going to do a software update, I hope this is the fix. Pete

I've got a rattle in the dash too, sounds like it is above the glove box on the passenger side. Mine sounds like there is a chunk of ice down under the cowl. Driving me crazy.
