There's a ratio of Ring Gears to Pinion Gears. 5:13 to 1 means for every 5.13 rotations of the pinion gear, the ring gear rotates once.
A higher ratio (lower gearing) is a torque multiplier (but also a top speed reducer). When you're pushing bigger tires, you're now moving 5,000lbs 19.5 inches...

you can install any mod you want, but you can't install more GVWR and you can't install more legal towing cap. The max tow is only $800 more than the towing package. I can't imagine wanting an automatic sport and NOT getting the maxtow package
neither is better. Each have their own advantages. Unless it's a purely street truck then the Mojave is definitively better, but if it's only a street truck you should have gotten the max tow so whether the mojave or rubicon are better is a moot point in that case.
