Yeah, I don't think you'd have any leaks with that nut missing, you just wouldn't be able to fully engage master cylinder.
Hopefully you'll be able to just put the nut back on, but I'm not sure how much deflection it could take before breaking..
This is looking really cool!
If you do decide to sell the files, I would definitely buy them to mess around with for myself.
For manufacturing you may want to consider contacting Threedom, they seem to have commercial 3D printing well sorted out.
I don't have anything to add from what was posted above, but if you are planning a more oem install with the Rubicon switch, this thread is a good read.
Pretty sure that is the route I'm going..

I've been quite happy with my renogy setup so far. I guess I haven't had it long enough (I installed it last August) to speak to longevity, but so far so good.
I'm running the dcs-50 DC-DC charger and I originally had bought a used 40ah lifepo4 battery on ebay.
I also have the renogy 175 watt...

Are you planning on a separate side marker for this one?
Yeah, the 5a switch will be fine. The arb dual has built in relays so the purple wire is only carrying enough current to switch the relay coils.
The single compressor does not have a relay and requires a 30a circuit.
The gladiator definitely has a 15 minute limit and you can only run remote start twice.
I have the 3.6, but I can't imagine the 3.0 is different.
Is it possible you just forgot to turn it off?
I would definitely consider ASA. It's very heat stable, doesn't really absorb moisture and is quite impact resistant. It does require higher bed temps and an enclosure to print well, but nothing too crazy.
I'm currently working on making a Mojave cowl with the 4xe door using ASA and it's a...
That's too bad, I've been thinking along the lines of making something using the Grote 54702 which includes the reverse light, but I hadn't gotten around to measuring anything.
I guess 6" long won't fit? They are only 2.25 wide, so it might be possible...
